The methodology of the club is to give girls the opportunity to play football, nurturing them to develop transferable skills and enable players to chase their dreams both on and off the field, be part of a team and have fun in a safe environment. 

 

Within the program our approach is child centred, where we coach from the head down, rather than the feet up. As well as developing players technically and physically, we want to support every girl with their confidence, creativity, decision making, to look forward to training & be excited by learning new things.

 

We want girls to:

• Learn to master the ball

• Learn to compete in a team

• Love the game

From Wednesday 15th July to 21st August, Kick Action will be running a Football Summer Program 'In her Endzone' for girls aged 5 to 16 years of age. The program is free.. will be running for 6 weeks and is funded by the 'Young Barnet Foundation'

Our Football Coach, who is an Arsenal Academy Coach and fully DBS checked will be running the training sessions.

Kick Action are about nurturing hidden/undiscovered talent in our community, as well as enjoyment and general participation for young people to keep fit and healthy. We are a not-for--profit organisation and will be looking to seek funding in-order to keep costs low or free where possible!!..
