Online Zoom Coaching 

1-2-1 Zoom sessions work in the same way as our usual 1-2-1 session although this allows you to participate from your home.

All you require is a small amount of space in the garden or indoors. 

 

A 1-2-1 session may include,

  • SAQ fitness drills

  • Body shape & technique

  • Ball mastery 

  • Strength & conditioning 

  • Online challenges

  • Mentoring

 

Zoom is a brilliant way of communicating with anybody that may be unable to get out the house to attend a session.

 

We are always available to offer our Zoom sessions wether is for birthday treat or to keep you active during the the weekends or holidays.
